Some part of website and software is tangible. Absolute WebTech Pvt. Ltd. does not refund the amount after the services are rendered and delivered as required by the customer. Our main motive is to provide the customer satisfaction through our services in the most competent manner but as a client you are responsible to understand all terms and conditions when purchasing our services through the Absolute WebTech Pvt. Ltd. website or through telephone or by e-mail.
The prime Objective of the Absolute WebTech Pvt. Ltd. is the customer satisfaction therefore we are serving to the client in most competent manner. Absolute WebTech Pvt. Ltd. most of the time honor the refund requests subject to that there is no satisfaction or resolution provided for your services by the company. To get the refund you have to follow simply the process to write an e-mail to our Customer support division and mention simply the refund reason and no resolution found on behalf of the Absolute WebTech Pvt. Ltd.
For Stand-Alone/Single Based Service Requests
- After Receiving of your refund request, our executive will work on it with you to resolve the issue once again and removal of your dissatisfaction within 7 days of the submission of your request.
- After making all efforts by our executive team you are still not satisfied with our services and we found that our services or product are defective, then we will acknowledge your request and refund the amount which we have charged for our services or product.
- In case Absolute WebTech Pvt. Ltd. has provided the multiple services or product as a package and some client is not satisfied with the one or any of the part of service or product then the refund shall be on the pro rata basis and accordingly the refund claim shall be settled.
- In case Absolute WebTech Pvt. Ltd. has provided the service stand alone and partial a part of the client is satisfied with one part of the service and not with the other part then the refund amount shall be calculated on pro arts basis and accordingly the refund claim shall be settled and refunded.
For Monthly/Annual Support Plans
- In case the client has availed the monthly or annual plan and he is not satisfied even with single call request in any particular month then the amount of that particular month shall be refunded without asking any question as a matter of commitment to our service levels for monthly support plans.
- In case of the Annual plan or the plan more than a month no client can get the refund before lapsing the month, it means in advance no client can asked for the refund until and unless he is not getting the services in the satisfactorily manner and it will be the case of the termination of the contract which is signed by both Absolute WebTech Pvt. Ltd. as well as the client. This situation will be considered as the pre termination and may or may not be considered by the Absolute WebTech Pvt. Ltd. and depend on the sole discretion of the Absolute WebTech Pvt. Ltd.. In case the Absolute WebTech Pvt. Ltd. consider the pre matured termination of the services or product then the amount shall be refunded with in 7 days after getting the approval from the management of the Absolute WebTech Pvt. Ltd.
Pricing and Billing Policies
- Absolute WebTech Pvt. Ltd. charged the price as per the rates and plan displayed on the website or mutually agreed between the Absolute WebTech Pvt. Ltd. and client over the recorded telephonic conversation and shall be effective from the date when you sign up on the website and requested to start any plan or package of the services or the products and the service charges shall be effective from this date.
- for the Monthly or annual plan the invoice shall be served in advance for the agreed period and the amount is non refundable till the end of the agreed period otherwise mentioned in your refund policy. The service amount shall be charged as per the mode provided by the client like credit card, green by channel or by cheque as provided at the time of signing the agreement, unless, indicated otherwise by you, or upon termination of the service agreement.
- You can switch over at any time from monthly or annual plan to Single based plan.
- The Service plan charges includes all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities of the country related with the services are provided related to consumption of goods and services. You shall be responsible for payment of all taxes, levies, or duties, if levied any, in your country with respect to our provision of services to you.
- When making the payment a valid credit card is required for paying accounts. We reserve the right to accept or reject the payment made through credit cards.
- As a policy of confidentiality and privacy we never store information of the credit card of any client and we never charge any amount from your account without your explicit consent.
